For ongoing accountability and support, monthly coaching includes 4 weekly sessions.
Frequent topics include:
Realistic stress reduction (do-able actions.. no fluff!)
Workout tweaks to meet your goals (ex: more strength, targeting core, consistent steps, etc)
Cutting back on added sugar
Getting more protein and fiber daily
Eating healthier with your family’s schedule
Unpacking why you’re stuck and how to make realistic changes
You’ll feel more informed with grocery shopping, meal prepping and intentional nourishment. I’ll also support you in taking more control of your health in a way that’s sustainable!
