Speech-Language Pathologist, Pediatric Feeding Therapist
Hi, I’m Meredith. I haven’t always been so clean…
My journey to health coaching has been shaped by real life—and motherhood. As a Certified Health Coach through the Dr. Sears Wellness Institute, Speech-Language Pathologist, Pediatric Feeding Therapist, and mom of two, I help busy moms make healthier family meals and cleaner living feel doable—with practical guidance and plenty of room for being human.
MY STORY
Real life changed the way I think about health.
Before my “mom years” began at 37, I was a pediatric speech-language pathologist in Raleigh—and before that, an advertising sales executive in New York City. My twenties included ultra-processed “health” foods, too many cocktails, and workouts to manage my anxiety. Healthier living has been a journey for me, too.
By my mid-thirties, I was married, sober, and much healthier. Then pregnancy and motherhood opened up a whole new world of questions about nutrition, ingredients, and what we bring into our homes. I wanted to understand what actually matters—and what doesn’t—so I could make thoughtful, realistic choices for my family.
Why this Matters so much to Me
Losing my dad at 78, when my boys were just 4 and 6, changed the way I think about health. I had my boys at 37 and 39, and I don’t just want to live a long life—I want to be well enough to enjoy it. To get on the floor, travel, play, and keep up. And I want to help my kids build habits that support them for years to come.
That’s why Clean Coaching Mama was born. What started as friends asking about snacks, ingredients, and cookware grew into a health coaching certification and a business rooted in practical support. I’m here to help busy moms find their starting point and make realistic changes—with less overwhelm and more confidence.
Cleaner food. Lower-tox living. More movement. Better habits. And plenty of real life in between.
